PUBLIC AVAILABILITY OF DATA PERTAINING TO 1 MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE OF THE AF- 2 GHAN NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY 3 FORCES. 4 (a) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 90 days after the 5 date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense 6 shall make publicly available all data pertaining to meas- 7 ures of performance of the Afghan National Defense and 8 Security Forces (hereafter in this section referred to as 9 ‘‘ANDSF’’). 10 (b) DATA TO BE INCLUDED.—The data required to 11 be made publicly available by subsection (a) shall include 12 the following: 13 (1) The total quarterly ANDSF attrition rate 14 and quarterly attrition rates for ANDSF compo- 15 nents, including the Afghan National Army, the Af- 16 ghan National Police, the Afghan Air Force, and the 17 Afghan Local Police. 18 (2) The total number of ANDSF personnel 19 dropped from the rolls for the quarter and the num- 20 ber of personnel dropped from the rolls by ANDSF 21 component for the quarter. 22 (3) The total number of ANDSF personnel 23 trained to date, the number of new ANDSF per- 24 sonnel that entered training for the quarter, the 25 number of new ANDSF personnel that completed 26 VerDate Sep 11 2014 16:33 Jun 05, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H6908.IH H6908 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS 3 •HR 6908 IH training for the quarter, the total number of per- 1 sonnel trained by ANDSF component to date, the 2 number of new personnel by ANDSF component 3 that entered training for the quarter, and the num- 4 ber of new personnel by ANDSF component that 5 completed training for the quarter. 6 (4) The total number and percentage of unfilled 7 ANDSF positions and the number and percentage of 8 unfilled positions by ANDSF component. 9 (5) The percentage of ANDSF components as- 10 sessed at full authorized and assigned strength. 11 (6) Detailed Afghan Ministry of Defense, Min- 12 istry of Interior, and ANDSF performance assess- 13 ments. 14 (7) Information about the operational readiness 15 of Afghan National Army and Afghan National Po- 16 lice equipment. 17 (8) Afghanistan Special Mission Wing informa- 18 tion, including the number and type of airframes, 19 the number of pilots and aircrew, and the oper- 20 ational readiness (and associated benchmarks) of 21 airframes. 22 (9) Enemy-initiated attacks and effective 23 enemy-initiated attacks on the ANDSF. 24 VerDate Sep 11 2014 16:33 Jun 05, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00003 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H6908.IH H6908 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS 4 •HR 6908 IH SEC. 3.
