A BILL
To deem the vessel M/V LISERON to be less than 100
gross tons, as measured under chapter 145 of title 46,
United States Code, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Eco-Tourism Vessel
4
Equity and Relief Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. VESSEL M/V LISERON.
6
(a) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary of Homeland Secu-
7
rity shall prescribe a tonnage measurement as a small pas-
8
senger vessel as defined in section 2101 of title 46, United

States Code, for the M/V LISERON (United States offi-

cial number 971339) for purposes of applying the optional

regulatory measurement under section 14305 and under

chapter 145 of that title.

(b) APPLICABILITY.—Subsection (a) shall not apply
5
on any date on which the length of the vessel exceeds its
6
length on the date of enactment of this Act.
