A BILL
To provide that businesses with legal gaming revenue are
eligible for certain assistance relating to COVID–19, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Equal Access to
4
COVID-19 Relief Act’’.

SEC. 2. ELIGIBILITY OF BUSINESSES WITH LEGAL GAMING

REVENUE FOR ASSISTANCE RELATING TO

COVID–19.

Notwithstanding section 120.110 of title 13, Code of
4
Federal Regulations, or any other provision of law or regu-
5
lation, the receipt of legal gaming revenue shall not pre-
6
vent any person from being eligible for any program, loan,
7
grant, or any benefit made available by the Coronavirus
8
Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (Public Law 116–
9
136), the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (Pub-
10
lic Law 116–127), or the Coronavirus Preparedness and
11
Response Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public
12
Law 116–123).
