To provide supplemental appropriations to the Community
Development Financial Institutions Fund, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION.

There is appropriated to the Community Develop-
4
ment Financial Institutions Fund, out of amounts in the
5
general fund not otherwise appropriated, $1,000,000,000
6
for fiscal year 2020, for providing financial assistance and
7
technical assistance under subparagraphs (A) and (B) of
8
section 108(a)(1) of the Community Development Bank-
9
ing and Financial Institutions Act of 1994 (12 U.S.C.
