A BILL
To amend the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to require
business continuity planning for insured depository insti-
tutions, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Insured Depository
4
Institution Business Continuity Planning Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. STANDARDS FOR BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN-
6
NING.

Section 39(a)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance
8
Act (12 U.S.C. 1831p–1(a)(1)) is amended—
