A BILL
To expand the tropical disease product priority review
voucher program to encourage treatments for coronavirus.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Cure the Coronavirus
4
Act’’.

SEC. 2. EXPANDING TROPICAL DISEASE PRODUCT PRI-
6
ORITY REVIEW VOUCHER PROGRAM TO EN-
7
COURAGE TREATMENTS FOR CORONAVIRUS.

Section 524(a)(3) of the Federal Food, Drug, and
9
Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360n(a)(3)) is amended—
