SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Resiliency Enhance- 4 ment Act of 2020’’. 5 SEC. 2. REPAIR, RESTORATION, AND REPLACEMENT OF 6 DAMAGED FACILITIES. 7 (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 20601 of the Bipartisan 8 Budget Act of 2018 (Public Law 115–123) is amended— 9 (1) by striking ‘‘, and’’ and inserting a comma; 10 (2) by inserting ‘‘, and including, for purposes 11 of this section, solid waste management, stormwater 12 management, public housing, transportation infra- 13 structure, and medical care,’’ before ‘‘for the dura- 14 tion’’; and 15 (3) by inserting ‘‘, and any subsequent major 16 disaster (as such term is defined in section 102 of 17 the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emer- 18 gency Assistance Act) declared under section 401 of 19 the Robert T.
