Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Respect Graduate Stu- 4 dent Workers Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN RULEMAKING. 9 The National Labor Relations Board shall not final- 10 ize or take any action to implement, administer, or enforce 11 the proposed rule entitled ‘‘Jurisdiction-Nonemployee Sta- 12 tus of University and College Students Working in Con- 13 nection With Their Studies’’, as published in the Federal 14 Register on September 23, 2019 (84 Fed.
