REPORT. 3 Not later than 3 years after the date of the enact- 4 ment of this Act, the Federal Trade Commission shall 5 transmit to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of 6 the House of Representatives and the Committee on Com- 7 merce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report 8 describing its use of and experience with the authority 9 granted by the U.S. SAFE WEB Act of 2006 (Public Law 10 109–455) and the amendments made by such Act.
