the United States as a nonimmigrant under certain categories aliens
who are nationals of noncompliant countries, and for other purposes.

A BILL
To provide that the Secretary of Homeland Security may
not admit to the United States as a nonimmigrant under
certain categories aliens who are nationals of noncompli-
ant countries, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON THE ADMISSION OF NON-
3
IMMIGRANTS FROM NONCOMPLIANT COUN-
4
TRIES.

(a) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary of Homeland Secu-
6
rity may not admit to the United States as a non-
7
immigrant under any category listed in subsection (b) any

national of a country that the Secretary has designated

as noncompliant with respect to accepting the repatriation
2
of nationals of that country who have been ordered re-
3
moved from the United States under the immigration laws
4
(as such term is defined in section 101 of the Immigration
5
and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101)).

(b) CATEGORIES
OF NONIMMIGRANT VISAS.—The
7
categories listed in this subsection are subparagraphs (B),
8
(F), (H), (I), (J), (L), (M), (O), (P), and (Q) of section
9
101(a)(15) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8
10
U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)).
