To direct the National Council on Disability to conduct a review of the
implementation of standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act
of 1990 in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries.

Ms. TITUS introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee
on Education and Labor, and in addition to the Committees on Energy
and Commerce, the Judiciary, and Transportation and Infrastructure, for
a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the com-
mittee concerned
A BILL
To direct the National Council on Disability to conduct a
review of the implementation of standards under the
Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in the travel,
tourism, and hospitality industries.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Travel and Tourism
4
for All Act’’.

SEC. 2. REVIEW AND REPORT BY NATIONAL COUNCIL ON

DISABILITY.

The National Council on Disability established under
3
section 400 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C.
4
780) shall—
5
(1) review the progress on the implementation,
6
with respect to the travel, tourism, and hospitality
7
industries, of—
8
(A) the Americans with Disabilities Act of
9
1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.); and
10
(B) the revised standards relating to such
11
Act issued in 2010 for public accommodations
12
and commercial facilities under subpart D of
13
part 36 of title 28, Code of Federal Regula-
14
tions, and appendices B and D of part 1191 of
15
title 36, Code of Federal Regulations; and
16
(2) not later than 2 years after the date of en-
17
actment of this Act, submit to Congress a report
18
on—
19
(A) the review conducted under paragraph
20
(1); and
21
(B) recommendations for increasing com-
22
pliance with the Act and regulations described
23
in paragraph (1).
