Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Rocky Mountain Na- 4 tional Park Ownership Correction Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. 6 In this Act: 7 VerDate Sep 11 2014 21:58 Dec 23, 2019 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\S3069.IS S3069 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 2 •S 3069 IS (1) FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘Federal land’’ 1 means the approximately 0.18 acres of land depicted 2 as ‘‘TR04–168–1’’ on the map. 3 (2) MAP.—The term ‘‘map’’ means the map en- 4 titled ‘‘Rocky Mountain National Park Proposed 5 Forsyth Family Land Exchange’’, numbered 121/ 6 154,326, and dated June 2019. 7 (3) NON-FEDERAL LAND.—The term ‘‘non-Fed- 8 eral land’’ means the approximately 0.18 acres of 9 land depicted as ‘‘TR04–169’’ on the map. 10 (4) SECRETARY.—The term ‘‘Secretary’’ means 11 the Secretary of the Interior. 12 SEC. 3.
