To make continuing appropriations for the Federal Aviation
Administration for fiscal year 2020.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Keep the William J.
4
Hughes Technical Center Funded for FY 2020 Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FEDERAL
6
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.
7
If a joint resolution making continuing appropria-
8
tions for fiscal year 2020 is not in effect, there is hereby
9
appropriated for fiscal year 2020, out of any money in

the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as
1
may be necessary, at an annualized rate for operations as
2
provided in the Transportation, Housing and Urban De-
3
velopment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act,
4
2018 (division L of Public Law 115–141) for fiscal year
5
2018 and under the authority and conditions provided in
6
such Act, for continuing projects or activities (including
7
the costs of direct loans and loan guarantees) that were
8
conducted in fiscal year 2018 and for which appropria-
9
tions, funds, or other authority were made available under
10
any account relating to the Federal Aviation Administra-
11
tion.

SEC. 3. TERMINATION.

Appropriations and funds made available and author-
14
ity granted pursuant to section 1 shall be available until
15
September 30, 2020.
