facilities accounts at the West Los Angeles Campus of the Department
of Veterans Affairs in Los Angeles, California with revenues received

A BILL
To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to credit
applicable medical facilities accounts at the West Los
Angeles Campus of the Department of Veterans Affairs
in Los Angeles, California with revenues received pursu-
ant to the use of easements at the Campus.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ensuring Access to
4
West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Easement Funds Act
5
of 2019’’.

SEC. 2. REVENUES RECEIVED FROM THE USE OF EASE-

MENTS.

Section 2(e) of the West Los Angeles Leasing Act
3
of 2016 (Public Law 114–226; 38 U.S.C. 101 note) is
4
amended by adding at the end the following new para-
5
graph:

‘‘(4) REVENUES.—Any funds received by the
7
Secretary pursuant to the use of an easement or
8
right-of-way authorized under paragraph (1) shall be
9
credited to the applicable Department medical facili-
10
ties account (as determined by the Secretary) and
11
shall be available, without fiscal year limitation and
12
without further appropriation, exclusively for the
13
renovation and maintenance of the land and facili-
14
ties at the Campus.’’.
