A BILL
To require the Secretary of the Interior to delist certain
endangered species and threatened species.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Endangered Species
4
Accountability Reform Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. DELISTING OF SPECIES.
6
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not later
7
than 30 days after the date that is 5 years after the date
8
on which the Secretary of the Interior determines that a
9
species is an endangered species or a threatened species
