IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NOVEMBER 12, 2019 Ms. CLARKE of New York (for herself and Ms. KELLY of Illinois) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Over- sight and Reform RESOLUTION Commending Alice Allison Dunnigan for her barrier-breaking career in journalism.
