To designate the community-based outpatient clinic of the
Department of Veterans Affairs in Las Cruces, New
Mexico, as the ‘‘Las Cruces Bataan Memorial Clinic’’.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Las Cruces Bataan

Memorial Clinic Act’’.

SEC. 2. DESIGNATION OF LAS CRUCES BATAAN MEMORIAL

CLINIC.

(a) DESIGNATION.—The community-based outpatient

clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Las

Cruces, New Mexico, shall after the date of the enactment

of this Act be known and designated as the ‘‘Las Cruces
2
Bataan Memorial Clinic’’.

(b) REFERENCE.—Any reference in any law, regula-
4
tion, map, document, paper, or other record of the United
5
States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall
6
be considered to be a reference to the Las Cruces Bataan
7
Memorial Clinic.
