To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out
a major medical facility project in Jacksonville, Florida.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Veterans Emergency

Treatment Services Act’’ or the ‘‘VETS Act’’.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF MAJOR MEDICAL FACILITY
