To provide for appropriations for title I of the Child Abuse
Prevention and Treatment Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Keeping Our Children
4
Safe Act’’.

SEC. 2. APPROPRIATIONS FOR TITLE I OF CAPTA.

There is authorized to be appropriated to the Sec-
7
retary of Health and Human Services, and there is appro-
8
priated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise
9
appropriated, to carry out title I of the Child Abuse Pre-
