SHORT TITLE. 2 This resolution may be cited as the ‘‘LEAC Tran- 3 scripts Resolution (Let Everyone Access a Copy of Tran- 4 scripts Resolution)’’. 5 SEC. 2. EQUAL ACCESS. 6 That rule XI of the Rules of the House of Represent- 7 atives is amended by adding at the end the following new 8 clause: 9 ‘‘Equal access 10 ‘‘7.
