NATIONAL FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT PROGRAM 1 CAP. 2 (a) FEDERAL SHARE.—Section 373(g)(2) of the 3 Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3030s–1(g)(2)) 4 is amended by striking subparagraph (C). 5 (b) MONITORING THE IMPACT OF THE ELIMINATION 6 OF THE CAP ON FUNDS FOR OLDER RELATIVE CARE- 7 GIVERS.— 8 (1) REPORT.—Not later than 18 months after 9 the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually 10 thereafter, the Assistant Secretary shall submit to 11 the Committee on Education and Labor of the 12 House of Representatives and the Committee on 13 Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Sen- 14 ate a report on the impact of the amendment made 15 by subsection (a) to eliminate the limitation on 16 funds that States may allocate to provide support 17 services to older relative caregivers in the National 18 Family Caregiver Support Program established 19 under part E of title III of the Older Americans Act 20 of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3030s–2).
