IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OCTOBER 22, 2019 Mr. EMMER (for himself, Mr. HIMES, and Mr. CRENSHAW) submitted the fol- lowing resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Education and Labor RESOLUTION Supporting the designation of October 2019 as ‘‘National Bullying Prevention Month’’ and October 23, 2019, as ‘‘Unity Day’’.
