IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES OCTOBER 22, 2019 Mr. BLUMENTHAL (for himself, Ms. SMITH, Mrs. FEINSTEIN, and Ms. HAS- SAN) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Com- mittee on the Judiciary RESOLUTION Designating October 2019 as ‘‘National Bullying Prevention Month’’ and October 23, 2019, as ‘‘Unity Day’’.
