Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Trump’s Heist Under- 4 mines the G7 Act’’ or the ‘‘THUG Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. TRANSMITTAL OF DOCUMENTS. 6 (a) TRANSMISSION REQUIRED.—Not later than 30 7 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Presi- 8 VerDate Sep 11 2014 20:32 Oct 24, 2019 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H4744.IH H4744 khammond on DSKJM1Z7X2PROD with BILLS 2 •HR 4744 IH dent shall transmit to the Comptroller General of the 1 United States and to the committees listed in subsection 2 (b) copies of each document, record, memo, correspond- 3 ence, or other communication that relates to the decision 4 to host the 46th G7 Summit at the Trump National Doral 5 Miami. 6 (b) COMMITTEES LISTED.—The committees listed in 7 this subsection are the following: 8 (1) The Committee on the Judiciary, the Com- 9 mittee on Oversight and Reform, the Committee on 10 Homeland Security, the Committee on Foreign Af- 11 fairs, and the Committee on Appropriations of the 12 House of Representatives. 13 (2) The Committee on the Judiciary, the Com- 14 mittee on Homeland Security and Governmental Af- 15 fairs, the Committee on Foreign Relations, and the 16 Committee on Appropriations of the Senate. 17 SEC. 3.
