To prohibit the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from entering
into a collective bargaining agreement with a labor union
that offers financial incentives to prospective members.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘VA Workplace Integ-

rity Act.’’
