IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES SEPTEMBER 27, 2019 Mr. BIGGS submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Ethics RESOLUTION Condemning and censuring Adam Schiff, Representative of California’s 28th Congressional District.
