ACCESS ROAD FOR DESERT SAGE YOUTH 3 WELLNESS CENTER. 4 (a) ACQUISITION OF LAND.— 5 VerDate Sep 11 2014 03:55 Oct 01, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H4495.IH H4495 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 2 •HR 4495 IH (1) AUTHORIZATION.—The Secretary of Health 1 and Human Services, acting through the Director of 2 the Indian Health Service, is authorized to acquire, 3 from willing sellers, the land in Hemet, California, 4 upon which is located a dirt road known as ‘‘Best 5 Road’’, beginning at the driveway of the Desert Sage 6 Youth Wellness Center at Faure Road and extending 7 to the junction of Best Road and Sage Road. 8 (2) COMPENSATION.—The Secretary shall pay 9 fair market value for the land authorized to be ac- 10 quired under paragraph (1).
