A BILL
To extend indemnity for wildfires and hurricanes, and for
other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Wildfires and Hurri-
4
canes Indemnity Program Extension Act of 2019’’.
5
SEC. 2. EXTENSION.
6
Title I of subdivision 1 of division B of the Bipartisan
7
Budget Act of 2018 (Public Law 115–123) is amended
8
under the heading ‘‘Department of Agriculture—Agricul-
