DAVIS of Illinois, and Ms. SA´NCHEZ) submitted the fol- lowing resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce RESOLUTION Supporting the designation of September 20, 2019, as ‘‘National Concussion Awareness Day’’.
