DAVIS of Illinois, Mr. DEFAZIO, Ms. SCHAKOWSKY, and Ms. BARRAGA´N) sub- mitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Oversight and Reform CONCURRENT RESOLUTION Recognizing September 11, 2019, as a ‘‘National Day of Service and Remembrance’’.
