SEC. 102. ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY INCENTIVES PRO-

GRAM.

(a) PURPOSES.—Section 1240(3) of the Food Secu-
5
rity Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3839aa(3)) is amended—
6
(1) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘and’’ at
7
the end;
8
(2) in subparagraph (C), by striking ‘‘and’’ at
9
the end; and
10
(3) by adding at the end the following:

‘‘(D) reducing agricultural greenhouse gas

emissions;

‘‘(F) Contour farming.

‘‘(G) Cover crops.

‘‘(J) Field borders.
13
‘‘(K) Filter strips.
