SHORT TITLE. 1 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Health Care Access 2 for Urban Native Veterans Act’’. 3 SEC. 2. SHARING ARRANGEMENTS WITH FEDERAL AGEN- 4 CIES. 5 Section 405 of the Indian Health Care Improvement 6 Act (25 U.S.C. 1645) is amended— 7 (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting ‘‘urban In- 8 dian organizations,’’ before ‘‘and tribal organiza- 9 tions’’; and 10 (2) in subsection (c)— 11 (A) by inserting ‘‘urban Indian organiza- 12 tion,’’ before ‘‘or tribal organization’’; and 13 (B) by inserting ‘‘an urban Indian organi- 14 zation,’’ before ‘‘or a tribal organization’’. 15 Passed the House of Representatives December 3, 2020.
