To provide that Poland may be designated as a program
country under the Visa Waiver Program, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Poland Visa Waiver
4
Act of 2019’’.

SEC. 2. POLAND MADE ELIGIBLE FOR THE VISA WAIVER

PROGRAM.

Notwithstanding any provision of section 217 of the
8
Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1187), the

Secretary of Homeland Security may designate Poland as
