To direct the Attorney General to submit to Congress a
report on domestic terrorism, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Domestic Terrorism
4
Information Act of 2019’’.
5
SEC. 2. REPORT ON DOMESTIC TERRORISM.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 180 days after the
7
date of the enactment of this Act, the Attorney General
8
shall submit to Congress a report that includes, for the

period beginning on January 1, 2009, and ending on the
1
date of the enactment of this Act, the following:
2
(1) The number of individuals arrested by a
3
Federal law enforcement officer pursuant to an in-
4
vestigation of an act of domestic terrorism, the re-
5
sults of each such investigation, and any charges
6
filed pursuant to each such investigation.
7
(2) The number of individuals who have been
8
killed by acts of domestic terrorism.
9
(3) The methods and strategies that the De-
10
partment of Justice uses to prevent domestic ter-
11
rorism.

(b) DEFINTION.—In this Act, the term ‘‘domestic ter-
13
rorism’’ has the meaning given that term in section 2331
14
of title 18, United States Code.
