To amend the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improve-
ment Act of 1997 to repeal a specific criminal penalty on a person
in the District of Columbia for obstructing a bridge between the District
of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

A BILL
To amend the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Gov-
ernment Improvement Act of 1997 to repeal a specific
criminal penalty on a person in the District of Columbia
for obstructing a bridge between the District of Columbia
and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘District of Columbia
4
Bridges Home Rule Act’’.
