SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘EARLY Act Reauthor-

ization of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF THE YOUNG WOMEN’S

BREAST HEALTH EDUCATION AND AWARE-
5
NESS REQUIRES LEARNING YOUNG ACT OF

2009.

Section 399NN(h) of the Public Health Service Act
8
(42 U.S.C. 280m(h)) is amended by striking ‘‘$4,900,000
9
for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019’’ and inserting
10
‘‘$9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025’’.
