To authorize 2 additional district judgeships for the district
of Colorado.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGESHIPS FOR THE
3
DISTRICT OF COLORADO.

(a) ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGESHIPS.—The Presi-
5
dent shall appoint, by and with the advice and consent
6
of the Senate, 2 additional district judges for the district
7
of Colorado.

(b) TECHNICAL AND CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—

The table in section 133(a) of title 28, United States
