A BILL
To amend title 40, United States Code, to reauthorize the
Appalachian Regional Commission, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Appalachian Regional
4
Commission Reauthorization Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. APPALACHIAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 14703 of title 40, United
7
States Code, is amended—

(1) in subsection (a)—

(b) TERMINATION.—Section 14704 of title 40,

United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘2020’’ and

inserting ‘‘2025’’.
