Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Give Our Athletes
4
Level Salaries Act’’ or the ‘‘GOALS Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FUNDS FOR 2026 WORLD
6
CUP.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Fed-
8
eral funds may be appropriated or otherwise made avail-
9
able to provide support for the 2026 World Cup, including
10
support for a host city, a participating State or local agen-
11
cy, the United States Soccer Federation, the Confed-
12
eration of North, Central American and Caribbean Asso-
13
ciation Football (CONCACAF), or the Fe´de´ration Inter-
14
nationale de Football Association (FIFA), until the date
15
on which the United States Soccer Federation agrees to
16
provide equitable pay to the members of the United States
17
Women’s National Team and the United States Men’s Na-
18
tional Team.
