Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. STUDENT ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION FOR NUTRI- 1 TION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. 2 (a) INFORMATION DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES.— 3 Section 485(a)(1) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 4 (20 U.S.C. 1092(a)(1)) is amended— 5 (1) in subparagraph (U), by striking the ‘‘and’’ 6 at the end; 7 (2) in subparagraph (V), by striking the period 8 at the end and inserting a semicolon; and 9 (3) by adding at the end the following: 10 ‘‘(W) the most recent relevant student eli- 11 gibility guidance with respect to the nutrition 12 assistance programs established under— 13 ‘‘(i) section 4 of the Food and Nutri- 14 tion Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2014); and 15 ‘‘(ii) section 17 of the Child Nutrition 16 Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1786); 17 ‘‘(X) the contact information for the State 18 agencies responsible for administration of the 19 programs specified in clauses (i) and (ii) of sub- 20 paragraph (W); and 21 ‘‘(Y) the food pantries and other food as- 22 sistance facilities and services available to stu- 23 dents enrolled in such institution.’’. 24 (b) COLLEGE NAVIGATOR WEBSITE.—Not later than 25 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the 26 VerDate Sep 11 2014 02:40 Jul 23, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H3743.IH H3743 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS 3 •HR 3743 IH Secretary of Education shall make available and annually 1 update on the College Navigator Website the most recent 2 relevant student eligibility guidance with respect to the nu- 3 trition assistance programs established under— 4 (1) section 4 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 5 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2014); and 6 (2) section 17 of the Child Nutrition Act of 7 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1786). 8 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 02:40 Jul 23, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00003 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\H3743.IH H3743 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS
