AN ACT
To redesignate the Sullys Hill National Game Preserve in
the State of North Dakota as the White Horse Hill
National Game Preserve.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘White Horse Hill Na-

tional Game Preserve Designation Act’’.

SEC. 2. DESIGNATION OF WHITE HORSE HILL NATIONAL

GAME PRESERVE, NORTH DAKOTA.

(a) REDESIGNATION.—The first section of the Act of
6
March 3, 1931 (46 Stat. 1509, chapter 439; 16 U.S.C.
7
674a), is amended by striking ‘‘Sullys Hill National Game
8
Preserve’’ and inserting ‘‘White Horse Hill National Game
9
Preserve’’.

(b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.—Section 2 of the
11
Act of March 3, 1931 (46 Stat. 1509, chapter 439; 16
12
U.S.C. 674b), is amended by striking ‘‘Sullys Hill Na-
13
tional Game Preserve’’ and inserting ‘‘White Horse Hill
14
National Game Preserve’’.

(c) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-
16
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United
17
States to the Sullys Hill National Game Preserve shall be
18
considered to be a reference to the ‘‘White Horse Hill Na-
19
tional Game Preserve’’.
