To amend section 1342 of title 31, United States Code
(the Antideficiency Act), to define the term voluntary
services.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Charity And Relief
4
In Disarray And Distress Act’’ or the ‘‘CARIDAD Act’’.

SEC. 2. VOLUNTARY SERVICES.

Section 1342 of title 31, United States Code (the

Antideficiency Act), is amended by adding at the end the
8
following new sentence: ‘‘As used in this section, the term
