IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES JUNE 27, 2019 Mr. BURR (for himself and Mr. TESTER) submitted the following resolution; which was considered and agreed to RESOLUTION Designating July 12, 2019, as ‘‘Collector Car Appreciation Day’’ and recognizing that the collection and restoration of historic and classic cars is an important part of pre- serving the technological achievements and cultural herit- age of the United States.
