Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTING CREDIT FOR CER- 1 TAIN SMALL BUSINESSES LOCATED IN 2 UNITED STATES TERRITORIES. 3 Section 15(x) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 4 644(x)) is amended— 5 (1) in the subsection heading, by inserting 6 ‘‘AND COVERED TERRITORY BUSINESSES’’ after 7 ‘‘PUERTO RICO BUSINESSES’’; 8 (2) in paragraph (1), by inserting ‘‘or a covered 9 territory business’’ after ‘‘Puerto Rico business’’; 10 and 11 (3) by adding at the end the following new 12 paragraph: 13 ‘‘(3) COVERED TERRITORY BUSINESS DE- 14 FINED.—In this subsection, the term ‘covered terri- 15 tory business’ means a small business concern that 16 has its principal office located in one of the fol- 17 lowing: 18 ‘‘(A) The United States Virgin Islands. 19 ‘‘(B) American Samoa. 20 ‘‘(C) Guam. 21 ‘‘(D) The Northern Mariana Islands.’’. 22 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 04:01 Jun 27, 2019 Jkt 089200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\H3428.IH H3428 kjohnson on DSK79L0C42 with BILLS
