SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Uranium Classification 4 Act of 2019’’. 5 SEC. 2. REVISION OF FINAL RULE REGARDING CRITICAL 6 MINERALS. 7 (a) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 60 days after the 8 date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior 9 shall revise the Final List of Critical Minerals, and any 10 related regulations, to remove uranium from such list. 11 (b) RESTRICTION.—The Secretary of the Interior may 12 not add uranium to the Final List of Critical Minerals. 13 (c) FINAL LIST OF CRITICAL MINERALS.—The term 14 ‘‘Final List of Critical Minerals’’ means the Final List of 15 Critical Minerals issued pursuant to Executive Order 13817 16 (82 Fed.
