Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SALE OF CERTAIN MEALS. 1 Section 10(b)(1)(C) of the Child Nutrition Act of 2 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1779(b)(1)(C)) is amended— 3 (1) in clause (i), by striking ‘‘and’’ at the end; 4 (2) in clause (ii), by striking the period at the 5 end and inserting a semicolon; and 6 (3) by adding at the end the following: 7 ‘‘(iii) ensure that the nutrition stand- 8 ards under this paragraph allow any food 9 that may be served as part of a reimburs- 10 able meal under the school lunch program 11 under Richard B.
