SHORT TITLE. 1 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Restore the Harmony 2 Way Bridge Act’’. 3 SEC. 2. TRANSFER OF BRIDGE AND LAND. 4 Notwithstanding any provision of the Act of April 12, 5 1941 (55 Stat. 140, chapter 71), not later than 180 days 6 after the date of enactment of this Act, the White County 7 Bridge Commission shall convey, without consideration, to 8 the New Harmony River Bridge Authority and the New 9 Harmony and Wabash River Bridge Authority, any and 10 all right, title, and interest of the Commission in and to 11 the bridge across the Wabash River at or near New Har- 12 mony, Indiana, the approaches to the bridge, and the land 13 underneath or adjacent to the bridge and the approaches 14 to the bridge. 15 SEC. 3. REPEAL. 16 The Act of April 12, 1941 (55 Stat. 140, chapter 71), 17 is repealed effective on the date that the White County 18 Bridge Commission completes the conveyance described in 19 section 2. 20 Passed the Senate July 17, 2019.
