To amend section 6906 of title 31, United States Code,
to permanently authorize the Payment in Lieu of Taxes
program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES.

(a) SHORT TITLE.—This Act may be cited as the
4
‘‘Permanently Authorizing PILT Act’’.
5
(b) PERMANENT AUTHORIZATION.—Section 6906 of
6
title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘fis-
7
cal year 2019’’ and inserting ‘‘each fiscal year’’.
