Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. ELIGIBILITY OF CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES OF NA- 1 TIONAL LABORATORIES FOR PUBLIC SERV- 2 ICE STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS. 3 Section 455(m)(3)(B) of the Higher Education Act 4 of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087e(m)(3)(B)) is amended— 5 (1) in clause (i), by striking ‘‘or’’ at the end; 6 (2) in clause (ii), by striking the period at the 7 end and inserting ‘‘; or’’; and 8 (3) by adding at the end the following new 9 clause: 10 ‘‘(iii) a full-time job as an employee of 11 a management and operating contractor of 12 a National Laboratory (as defined in sec- 13 tion 2(3) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 14 (42 U.S.C. 15801(3))) assigned to a posi- 15 tion at such laboratory.’’. 16 SEC. 3.
