To designate the community-based outpatient clinic of the
Department of Veterans Affairs in Odessa, Texas, as
the ‘‘Wilson and Young Medal of Honor VA Clinic’’.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF WILSON AND YOUNG MEDAL

OF HONOR VA CLINIC.

(a) FINDING.—Congress finds that Private First
5
Class Alfred ‘‘Mac’’ Wilson of the Marine Corps and Staff
6
Sergeant Marvin ‘‘Rex’’ Young of the Army were both
7
posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for their heroic
8
actions in the Vietnam War.

(b) DESIGNATION.—The community-based outpatient

clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Odessa,
2
Texas, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act
3
be known and designated as the ‘‘Wilson and Young Medal
4
of Honor VA Clinic’’.
5
(c) REFERENCE.—Any reference in any law, regula-
6
tion, map, document, paper, or other record of the United
7
States to the facility referred to in subsection (b) shall
8
be considered to be a reference to the Wilson and Young
9
Medal of Honor VA Clinic.
